The Kansas City Olive Branch exists to gather, encourage and challenge local people of faith who work for peace and justice.

The primary goal is to create a comprehensive calendar of activities in the Kansas City metro area, as well as large and important regional events. If you have events you want listed, e-mail michael@kcstories.com.

The secondary goal is to provide thoughtful reflections on a wide variety of topics, especially where faith and the common good intersect. We also feature peacemakers in the community. If you want to write for KC Olive Branch or have an idea for our reflections, e-mail michael@kcstories.com.

Finally, we want to encourage people to cross their own boundaries and begin discussions. Every article listed allows for commentary, but we also encourage Kansas Citians to join in the discussion at ncrcafe.org.
